As a fast-scaling secondary brand within the SuperGroup portfolio (alongside Betway), Jackpot City needed a cohesive, scalable design system to support its growth across multiple international markets.

To supercharge scalability, we integrated AI-powered creative tools into the workflow – enabling the generation of campaign-ready assets at speed and volume. From game-themed visuals to seasonal content, AI tools were used to adapt templates across languages, formats, and audiences while ensuring brand consistency.

The result was a fully adopted global design system rolled out across four key markets, supported by over fifty custom-built templates. AI-generated content accounted for more than thirty percent of campaign assets, reducing local team turnaround times by forty-three percent. Internal feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with ninety-two percent of stakeholders rating the new system as clear, scalable, and highly effective.
